1. Professional Relationship Veraform provides executive coaching and consulting. Coaching is a partnership; the Client is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or medical advice.

2. Intellectual Property All materials, frameworks, and "meditative scribbling" techniques provided by Veraform are the sole intellectual property of Veraform Pte Ltd. They are provided for personal use and may not be duplicated or sold without written consent.

3. Cancellation & Refunds We value your time and ours. Cancellations for scheduled sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a full session fee.

4. Limitation of Liability Veraform Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
