The Booking Process

To maintain the integrity of our schedule and ensure dedicated focus for every client, we follow a structured booking flow:

1. Request a Session: Select your preferred slot via our via the links above.

2. Provisionary Hold: Your selected time will be held for 24 hours.

3. Payment Invitation: You will receive a separate email from billing@veraform.co with offline payment instructions (PayNow/Bank Transfer).

4. Final Confirmation: Your appointment is formally confirmed once payment has been received.

Commitment & Flexibility Policy

Professional coaching requires a high degree of mutual commitment. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms:

• Rescheduling: Life and business are dynamic. You may reschedule your appointment at no cost, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations: If you cancel a session within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, the full session fee is forfeited to cover the dedicated time and resources allocated.

• Punctuality: Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. If you are late, we will utilise the remaining time available, but the session cannot be extended.

Your appointment is formally confirmed once payment has been received.
